Artists, Entertainers, and All-Around Animators in Spain

If you have experience in tourism, especially in organizing activities for young guests at hotels or resorts, an exciting opportunity in Spain awaits you. Work in tropical destinations like the Canary Islands and Ibiza. Positions are also available year-round for qualified candidates. LUX seeks sports animators, kids animators, all-around animators, artists, and entertainers ready to start in Summer 2026, but also now for high season July and August or throughout the year. Positions are available at five-star hotels, offering salaries between 900 and 2,000 euros, depending on your skills and experience. You will create and manage daily programs, including sports activities and children's clubs, or handle day-only entertainment. Teams range from 5 to 20 animators who work together to deliver full hotel entertainment. To be eligible, you must: • Hold a diploma or have an educational background in sports or child care • Have prior experience in the tourism industry • Speak fluent English (knowledge of German or Russian is a plus)
