Many students from the provinces have moved to Ho Chi Minh City, and their parents may have unstable work and incomes. This means getting left behind in their schooling and desperately needing help. The program addresses this issue by partnering with a Vietnamese school, a community center, a shelter for street children, and a vocational training center.
