Children need a safe and solid learning environment equipped with adequate facilities and resources. This impactful program operates in a primary school on the outskirts of enchanting Kathmandu, near Bhaktapur and close to one of the city's largest slum areas. The school offers free education, textbooks, uniforms, and shoes to over 150 children living in poverty, whose parents would otherwise be unable to afford schooling. Unfortunately, the school suffers significantly from underfunding, and maintaining operations is a daily challenge. It doesn’t have enough classrooms, and the teaching materials are substandard, compromising the quality of education these children receive.
