Life Course Academy is an eight-month international life-preparation program in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia, for young adults aged 18-25. The first session runs in English from 1 October 2027 to 31 May 2028, with a maximum capacity of 120 students.

The program comprises 1,000 hours in total: 500 hours of theoretical learning and 500 hours of navigation on competition boats. It combines sailing, elite sport methods, physical training, nature immersion, team life, structured learning and individual career guidance. Sailing becomes a learning field where preparation, communication, responsibility and calm decisions have immediate consequences. No advanced sailing experience is required.

Students explore five learning families: self and mind; body and performance; team and others; nature and elements; and sailing and boat. Each participant leaves with a personal portfolio, clearer academic or professional direction, and a practical 90-day action plan.

The tuition fee is EUR 40,000, excluding VAT, per student. Accommodation is offered and priced separately and is not included in the tuition fee. Applications open 1 November 2026.
