Knewton Global Schools Rawang offers an International Secondary School program for students aged 11 to 16, following the National Curriculum for England and Wales. The program ensures students receive a well-rounded education to prepare them for success in a global environment. All subjects, except for languages, are taught in English.

The program is divided into Key Stage 3 (Years 7 to 9) and Key Stage 4 (Years 10 to 11). In Key Stage 3, students study a wide range of subjects and take the Cambridge Checkpoint test. In Key Stage 4, students prepare for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) exams, which are recognized worldwide.
