Kobe College Corporation

Kobe College Corporation - Japan Education Exchange (KCC-JEE) is the longest running collaborative organization between the US and Japan. Based in Chicago, Illinois, Kobe College was established in 1920 by religious philanthropists to raise funds for the construction of a new campus for Kobe College, a Christian educational institution in Japan. Since our inception, we have maintained deep ties with Kobe College and have broadened our mission to provide students, educators, and researchers lifetime opportunities in Japan and the US. KCC-JEE offers exchange programs and organizes events, such as concerts and lectures, which foster cultural understanding. We have programs open to American students and teachers: the Gottschalk Teachers of English; High School Essay Contest; Graduate Fellowship for Research in Japan; and Bryant and Alberta Drake Guest Professorship. We also have specific programs for Kobe College students: the Merit Scholarship and KCC-JEE Internship.
