As a social work intern, you’ll be placed in varied settings—homes for chronically ill children, health clinics for women victims of abuse, NGOs, and children’s homes. You will support projects catering to kids and individuals suffering from their past, with the aim of nursing them back to good physical and mental health.
For 4–12 weeks, you will observe and learn from a professional team as they perform patient assessments, home evaluations, group therapy, and support services.
