Jamaica International Projects is a Jamaican owned and operated organization that arranges unique, impactful and structured programs for travelers to the island to embark on. We offer volunteer opportunities, study abroad programs, internships and corporate trips.
Our mission is to assist volunteers, students, and corporations seeking to travel to Jamaica by helping them to find local placements and projects that help them achieve their goals in a safe environment. This is why we offer full support services such as pre-departure support/planning, accommodation booking, airport transfers, daily transportation, meals, and 24-hour emergency assistance.
We were founded in 2014 as an answer to many students and volunteers from overseas who were seeking various programs in Jamaica, but could not find a suitable local partner that was both trustworthy, reliable, affordable and truly interested in their goals. Since then we have been working with many travelers and assisting them with finding the perfect program placement in warm, sunny Jamaica.
Our attention to detail and the level of support that we offer makes us quite unique. Not only do we work closely with our clients before they arrive, but we also provide excellent fundraising assistance, in-country support and even offer support services when our clients return back home.
