Volunteers should be motivated, independent, adaptable and ready to learn about the workings of grassroots organisations in Nepal. Previous NGO experience is helpful but not required.

Program Highlights
Programs start every first and third Monday of the month. Duration from 4 to 12 weeks
Includes homestay accommodation, two meals a day, airport pick up, orientation and 24/7 in-country support
Volunteer up to 5 hours a day with tasks such as administrative work, monthly/annual reporting and community-based NGO support
Tasks may include working with NGOs focused on youth and women’s empowerment, education, environment and conservation, public health, management, administration and journalism
Opportunity to contribute to local NGO initiatives in Nepal while immersing yourself in Nepali culture and supporting community development
