Program Highlights
Duration from 1 to 12 weeks.
Includes airport pick up, orientation, dormitory style hostel accommodation in San Juan, meals and 24/7 in country support.
Volunteer up to 5 hours per day in community centres and after school programs supporting children and teenagers from under resourced or marginalised backgrounds.
Tasks include helping with homework, tutoring, mentoring youth, organising games and recreational activities, running workshops such as sports, and arts or music.
Opportunity to gain youth work experience, support positive youth development and social inclusion, build communication and mentoring skills and immerse yourself in Puerto Rican community life.
