Join the Medical Campaign program in San José, Costa Rica with International Volunteer HQ and support vital community health efforts in the heart of the capital city. Volunteers assist in local clinics and outreach initiatives by helping with basic medical care, health education, first aid support, and community health services. Your hosted volunteer experience includes airport pick-up, a full orientation, shared volunteer house or homestay accommodation depending on placement, two meals daily, and 24/7 support from the local team. Before departure you will also receive pre-departure guidance from your IVHQ Program Manager and access to training tools to help you feel prepared for your role.
