School Trips and Educational Study Tours in Northern Spain

It was the first time I brought students from UK to Spain but I can already say that I was surprised with the quality from my reception with Rodrigo (attentive and friendly!), from teachers Carlos and Esti (which are great and the classes are flying by) and the events by Alfredo (always friendly and concerned to always promote the best). I really recommend Instituto Hemingway as the best option in Bilbao! The group lessons are in small groups, is well-structured and diversified – besides reading texts and watching films the units will repeat in small games. My kids had such a wonderful experience from the very beginning until the end of our programme. Besides surfing and volleyball, there are dancing courses for the Spanish dances Salsa and Bachata, which we really enjoyed. During our time in Bilbao a stay at kind guest families, which extends a warm welcome. It was a good opportunity to use and repeat the new vocabulary. All in all, we really enjoyed our two weeks at Bilbao.

My experience in Bilbao with my high School studs has been absolutely amazing! Everything that I have done has helped me grow closer and closer to my goals. Obviously I couldn't have enjoyed everything otherwise everyone would want to come on this trip, but I feel that every new thing on this trip had a purpose and I probably learned more from the activities than I think I did. I will always be grateful for every opportunity that I am provided with and I think that this is probably the best one so far. This trip has taught me things that you can't teach in a classroom and has brought me closer to people I never would have even met. My students loved Bilbao and their people.
