Your duties vary according to your placement, but you will generally become more adept in incentives communication with employees, salary benchmarking, and arranging quarterly gift experiences. Throughout the duration (4, 8, 10, or 12 weeks), you will assist with reasonable ad hoc tasks to support the HR department.
