Placements are available in the historic capital of Ecuador, Quito, where you will explore the holistic practices while assisting therapists and learning about different techniques used across the country.

This Holistic or Alternative Medicine Internship can also include shadowing an acupuncturist and a homeopathic doctor, or educating community members on these practices. Develop a better understanding of how a modern acupuncture clinic functions, the practices they use, and the health benefits of acupuncture on patients. Add tangible skills to your resumé, including patient database management, clinic management, and medical research.
