Bask in the ecological and environmental diversity of Ecuador in this internship. Your Environmental Studies and Conservation internship finds you working alongside local staff on projects aimed at the conservation of nature. At the same time, collaborate with local community members to implement ecologically and environmentally conscious farming practices. Also open to volunteers, this program offers opportunities for habitat restoration, reforestation, repopulating native animal species, and monitoring rare and endangered species.

You may also participate in important sea turtle and shark research, environmental education, and conservation on the beautiful Galapagos Islands, where you can help with turtle tagging and conducting night patrols. You will gain valuable data entry and analysis skills while receiving an introduction to ecological education methods for younger children.
