The MBA IHRM program is designed to develop student competencies to evolve in a global and complex business environment. Courses are designed with simulations, business cases, and real-case consulting projects to enrich perspectives and knowledge.

The program is articulated over 2 semesters of classes, followed by a dissertation and a mandatory internship. The master's thesis aims to strengthen their expertise, while the 6-month internship helps apply their knowledge and skills in a company with an international focus.
