Our 6-week Summer in Greece program provides you with the opportunity to experience the rich cultural and historical city of Athens through a wide range of courses from our partner, the American College of Greece (ACG), along with a 3-credit IES Abroad course exploring the origins of Western Civilization. This unique program includes a 2-week faculty-led study tour at the end of the term to explore major historical, cultural, and archaeological sites in and around Athens. Why Athens? There's something timeless about Athens. Maybe it’s the ancient landmarks like the Acropolis or the Temple of Olympian Zeus that make the city feel both familiar and monumental.
