The Master of Arts in Fashion System - Heritage for Future Fashion at IED's Galli Academy bridges the historical and the digital, training professionals to lead in one of the industry's most in-demand intersections: heritage management and 3D fashion technology. The program blends creativity, culture, strategy, and design management with hands-on digital 4.0 skills, including 3D design, virtual prototyping, and augmented reality.

Through a balance of theoretical lessons and practical workshops, students research the historical archives of major textile companies and apply what they learn using dedicated 2D and 3D modeling software. A partnership with Style 3D provides an integrated ecosystem for digitization and augmented reality throughout the two-year course. The program concludes with a high-value industry internship at leading companies and archives in the sector. Graduates are equipped for roles including Heritage Manager, 3D Textile and Fashion Specialist, Textile Digital Designer, R&D Textile Manager, and Fabric Visual Merchandiser — all roles already in demand and growing.
