However, treks are guided by experienced rangers and porters are available to assist. Travellers with moderate fitness can usually complete the trek comfortably. There's the Easy, Medium and Tough Hike and visitors are normally allocated to their preffered hikes accordingly.
When is the best time to visit Uganda for this safari?
Uganda is a year-round destination, but the best time for wildlife viewing and gorilla trekking is during the dry seasons from June to September and December to February, when forest trails are easier to navigate and animals gather near water sources.
How much time do visitors spend with the gorillas?
Once the gorillas are located, visitors are allowed to spend one unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat under the supervision of park rangers in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Visitors can always take as many phographs and minivideos for their memorial encounter.
What wildlife can be seen during this safari?
During the safari, travellers explore parks such as Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park, where they may see the BIG 5, elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, chimpanzees, a few to mention and many bird species.
Is the gorilla trekking permit included in the safari cost?

The permit allows visitors to track one gorilla family and spend one hour with them in the forest. The Safari cost actually covers all the tour activities as mentioned in this Safari program.
