I stayed with a lovely host family in Beijing who treated me like their own daughter. I learned Mandarin fast, visited the Great Wall, and made friends from all over the world. I came home more confident and independent. GAC was helpful in every step, from visa, airport pickup, accommodation, Wi-Fi, SIM Card and everything. One thing was really surprising for me that China has it's own YouTube. If you're a teen thinking about it – just go!
