Student volunteers help local staff and plan a summer camp through our partner, Ican Foundation, which hosts an annual summer camp to give local kids the opportunity to improve their literacy and numeracy through lessons. Volunteers also provide an outlet for children to express themselves through sports, drama, arts, and music. Throughout their stay in this program, they experience firsthand how local teachers cope in under-resourced classrooms.
