Gloading was born from a desire to help people experience life abroad without feeling lost, overwhelmed, or buried in paperwork. Though Gloading is new, our team isn’t.

Gloading stands out because our experience and expertise are unmatched. We’re a spin-off of Meddeas, the largest private company guiding Language Assistants in Spain. Each year, we assist over 600 people from around the world come to teach English in Spain.

When it comes to Teach English in Spain, Gloading isn’t just another program, we’re your go-to partner, making the entire journey smooth, fun, and worry-free.

We’re with you from day one: assisting with your application, celebrating your placement, and guiding you through all the paperwork and processes that follow. While Spain’s Regional Education Authorities manage allocations and communicate with public schools, we take care of everything else, where we truly shine!

From visa guidance and tips on settling into Spain, to support with paperwork and even Spanish lessons, we’ve got you covered. Plus, you’ll meet us, and all the other participants, at our Induction Meeting. It’s the perfect opportunity to make friends and empezar con buen pie (start off on the right foot)!
