As an ELEP volunteer, you can make a real difference in the lives of thousands of Ecuadorians and make a genuine contribution to this part of the world. Our program of Volunteers in Action is designed to give people (individuals or groups) an experience of community services in a cross-cultural setting. ELEP Volunteer and Internship Programs offer short and long-term (2 – 24 weeks) opportunities across Ecuador (rural and urban communities). Projects are diverse, such as teaching, childcare, healthcare, elderly care, HIV/AIDS, human rights, legal aid, construction, nature conservation, animal welfare, veterinary medicine, and so on. You only need to be a dedicated, motivated, creative, and flexible person.
