Public Health Internships & Volunteer Programs

Are you a public health student, an aspiring public health officer, or a public health professional looking to travel abroad and gain experience in community health? We have an opportunity for you to gain experience in the delivery of healthcare in a developing country. Participants are placed in rural locations (in Kenya and Tanzania), where they get involved in ongoing public health projects. Activities may include prevention control and advisory in local hospitals, an inspection of food outlets within the communities, participation in public health campaigns, bio-statics, administration, and management, among others.
