Associate Degree in International Culinary Arts

EHL Hospitality Business School's 2-year Associate Degree in International Culinary Arts trains aspiring chefs and restaurant professionals through hands-on, real-world learning—guided by Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOFs), World Champions, and Michelin-starred chefs. From day one, students work in EHL's state-of-the-art kitchens, fine-dining restaurants, oenology labs, and F&B outlets on campus in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The curriculum goes beyond cooking. It covers guest experience, mixology, barista skills, and restaurant management for a full picture of the food and beverage industry.

Graduates are ready for careers as chefs, restaurateurs, food entrepreneurs, beverage specialists, and more—with the option to bridge into EHL's Bachelor program. No prior culinary experience is required. Applicants must be 18 years old by the program start date, hold a secondary education diploma (IB, High School Diploma, French Baccalauréat, or equivalent), and demonstrate English proficiency (IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 80+, or equivalent).
