EA Ski and Snowboard Training

I bring over 14 years of professional experience working onboard cruise ships, where I have developed strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, international environment. In addition, I have experience working in a Medical Centre as a Medical Administrator, which has strengthened my attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, and ability to work calmly under pressure—skills that are essential for safety-focused roles. My wife has solid experience as a Caregiver, where she has developed strong interpersonal skills, patience, responsibility, and a caring approach when working with people of different ages and needs. Her background reflects a high level of empathy, reliability, and teamwork. We are both eager to develop our skiing technique, gain professional instructor certification, and learn the standards required to work in Swiss ski schools. As a couple, we are supportive, adaptable, and committed to learning, and we believe our combined experience in service, care, and safety-oriented environments makes us strong candidates for this program. EA run a well organised and planned program to get people into the industry. They adapt to the snow conditions to provide the best experience possible. All trainers were very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of training and examination.

I feel like I’ve been over charged for the experience I’ve got. I thought I would have 3 weeks of training before my exam and due to the winter being late this season I’ve lost money. I would love if some amount of that is refunded
