This 3-week engineering volunteer program takes place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in partnership with Engineering Without Borders Argentina.

Participants work on real community-led construction projects developed through structured co-design processes with local organizations and residents. You don’t just help build — you learn how and why projects are conceived, evaluated, and implemented.

Throughout the program, you gain insight into ethical engineering practice, participatory design, and socially responsible decision-making. You will see how technical choices intersect with culture, community priorities, budgets, and long-term sustainability.
