Even before heading overseas, CIS was very helpful with all of the preparation before the program started. Having an on-site director from CIS in Barcelona with you was amazing. She planned unforgettable excursions that allowed you and your peers to become closer and was always there if you needed her. She also encouraged independence, and you could really tell that she wanted her students to go off and do their own thing and learn as much as they could about themselves during their time abroad. I personally learned a lot about myself this past May while I was in Barcelona. Barcelona is an amazing city with endless opportunities. There is always something to do, it is easy to navigate, and I was never bored while I was there. I would recommend this awesome city and CIS Abroad to anyone!
