Dublin, with its rich sporting culture and easy access to world-class golf courses, is the perfect place to explore what it takes to perform at your best. Alongside fellow Global Navigators, you’ll set goals, track your progress, and put what you learn into action.

For three weeks, you’ll play golf every day, learning from expert coaches as you explore the psychology behind peak athletic performance. Visit iconic courses like Royal Dublin, where over a century of golf history and traditions come to life. Through daily golf sessions with local peers and Global Navigators, you’ll practice effective strategies athletes use to overcome setbacks and achieve their goals, and track your own performance as you work to reach your goals on and off the course.

Beyond golf, try your hand at hurling, Gaelic football, and handball during an immersive Gaelic Games experience, then explore the city aboard an amphibious World War II vehicle. Follow a local musician through Dublin on a Ballad Tour, hearing Irish history come to life through traditional and contemporary songs. Between unforgettable adventures, new friendships, and an improved golf swing, you’ll return home with greater confidence and a new perspective on where your love of sports can take you.
