My TEFL training experience has been truly enriching and transformative. A major reason for this positive journey was my trainer, Ashika, whose guidance made a remarkable difference. She was exemplary in every way—highly professional, well-prepared, and deeply committed to our learning. Her teaching style was clear, supportive, and always encouraging. The ACT Chennai 120 hour In-Class course program provided a comprehensive and practical foundation in English language teaching. The curriculum was well-structured, covering essential areas such as language acquisition theory, lesson planning, classroom management, assessment strategies, and skills-based instruction like listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Integrated lesson plan for grammar was very nice and effective. The balance between theory and hands-on application was especially effective.

Our trainer, Ms. Ashika, truly stood out as one of the best trainers I have ever learned from. From the very beginning, her depth of knowledge was evident. She had a strong command over the subject and presented every concept in such a clear and structured way that it was easy to understand and follow. What made her sessions even more impactful was her approachable nature. No matter how small or repeated a question was, she never hesitated to clarify doubts. Instead of making students feel intimidated, she encouraged us to ask and engage, which created a very open and comfortable learning environment.

I joined here with a slight doubt but the course is absolutely awesome. The training hours are fully utilised. We didn’t waste a single minute. The content was delivered properly. Trainer Asikha did a great job. She mentored everyone and gave individual attention. She has sound knowledge in training the adults and carries over the class excellently. she made us to attain our objectives . I had a good experience.
