My TEFL training experience has been truly enriching and transformative. Throughout the course, I gained practical skills, deeper understanding, and greater confidence in planning and delivering effective lessons. A major reason for this positive journey was my trainer, Ashika, whose guidance made a remarkable difference. She was exemplary in every way—highly professional, well-prepared, and deeply committed to our learning. Her teaching style was clear, supportive, and always encouraging. What inspired me most was her patience and her ability to simplify even the most challenging concepts. She consistently provided constructive feedback that helped me identify my strengths and areas for improvement. Because of her motivating approach, I felt comfortable asking questions and trying out new teaching techniques without fear.
