This program includes visits to the Alhambra palace and an overnight excursion to the Mediterranean coast. Enjoy the cultural side of Spain through delicious Spanish meals and visiting the incredible Alhambra palace in Granada. Each day presents a unique outdoor activity combined with sports and fun. Program Highlights
Summit El Mulhacén, the tallest mountain in Western Europe with stunning views of Africa.
Go canyoneering in the slot canyons of Rio Verde with waterfalls, rappels, and cliff jumps.
Enjoy afternoon sports activities at our wellness and fitness center such as swimming, pilates, and yoga.
Mountain bike the forested trails above the Alhambra palace riding through centuries-old olive orchards.
Spend a weekend on the Mediterranean Coast at Nerja and enjoy a traditional paella on the beach.

It was a great experience in which my child gained independence and learned about the culture of a different country. We were super impressed as a family with the communication, information and instructions provided by Arcos and the team. The activities available were also engaging for my child.

The most important was cultural immersion and learning more about Spain. I now understand much more of its language and history.
Tremendous growth experience

Trust the program, allow your child to communicate on their own schedule. Lillian could not have been happier from this trip. She wanted to stay longer and definitely wants to return to Costa Rica now. She speaks most excitedly about the sights, the food, and the host family’s hospitality. It was a tremendous growth experience for her. Thank you!
