Program Overview

Four centuries of scholarship on an iconic campus in the heart of the multicultural, buzzing, international city of Dublin await you! Established in 1592 by Elizabeth I, Trinity College Dublin is ranked Ireland’s #1 university, and its principles of research and academic freedom are upheld in all institutional endeavors, with a diverse, friendly, and welcoming student body of 17,000.

Study abroad students at Trinity choose courses across these departments: Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences; Engineering, Mathematics and Science; and Health Sciences, as well as the Business School. The program is open to junior and senior-level students with a strong academic background (3.5 for English, 3.1 in all other departments).

Special academic opportunity:
A three-week pre-session course, Understanding Ireland, which focuses on several areas of Irish studies, is available before the fall semester.

Campus life revolves around the many sports, clubs, and societies you can join, and the spirit of the city itself.
