From the moment you arrive, Greece captivates with its expansive skies, breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural legacy, and vibrant spirit. Renowned as the birthplace of democracy, the Olympic Games, and Western philosophy, Greece is deeply associated with ancient history, influential artistic achievements, pioneering political ideas, and remarkable architecture.
The country is home to 18 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the Acropolis, the medieval city of Rhodes, and the archaeological treasures of Delphi, Olympia, and Mycenae.
