Program Overview
Teach English in Barcelona while experiencing life in Spain. Adelante Abroad candidates teach English to classes of adults. These internships may include creating lessons, designing learning materials, and developing classroom activities. Depending on the time of year, we may also have opportunities for teaching English to children.
Adelante provides low-cost internship programs in Barcelona, Spain, with a focus on cultural immersion and real-life experience. This program is for independent-minded people looking for an experience living abroad. Airport pickup, orientation, housing, Spanish classes, and internship placement are included in the program fee.
Our Teaching English program begins with a two-week intensive Spanish course. Candidates will intern with a small to mid-sized, Spanish-run company or organization. Participation in this program will upgrade your resume and provide the opportunity to become fluent in Spanish.
