Adelante Abroad offers a variety of international social work internships and psychology internships abroad for students and recent graduates in Quito and Ambato, Ecuador. These programs provide hands-on experience for psychology students and social work candidates who want to make a meaningful impact while gaining professional skills.
In Quito, interns can work with the Women’s Rights program, supporting psychologists and social workers in advocacy and public education, or join the Street Children’s program, helping vulnerable children and their families.
In Ambato, interns gain hospital-based experience in psychology, working directly under licensed psychologists and learning how mental health services function in a clinical setting.
