What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in import roles within global sourcing, ideally in heavy manufacturing or a related industry. Key qualifications include:

Strong technical proficiency in maintaining plasma, laser, robotic, CNC boring, and HMC machines.
Competencies in planning and executing supply chain activities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of purchasing strategies.
Experience in import procurement and logistics (EXIM).
Familiarity with sourcing proprietary components such as hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines.
Demonstrates commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
