Traveling alone was very scary, however, the team at Absolute Internship supported me through the entire process and made my London internship experience one that I wish I could re-live over and over.

Tilly has been very friendly and patient with me. The process was easy to follow and we are frequently in touch. I felt supported throughout the application and the internship. An overall smooth and enjoyable experience!

This internship was one of the greatest decisions of my life. Getting to meet all of these amazing people from all over the world and work closely with another culture for a few weeks was super enlightening and is an experience I wouldn’t trade for the world. The coordinators were super kind and helpful, allowing me to enjoy my trip and get the most out of my internship.

Absolute was present not only in finding us an internship but they also made sure we had activities planned for the weekends, including visiting other cities and different places in London. Overall would recommend for anyone who wants to not only gain professional experience but also for someone who wants to learn about different cultures and different countries.

If you are looking for an experience to immerse yourself in another culture while being in the workforce, this is the thing to do. London has amazing food and the people are extremely nice. Also, you will make a lot of friends.

I fell in love with London thanks to Absolute Internships. Not only did my placement manager, Tilly, find the perfect internship for me, but my onsite coordinators, Emma and Courtney, provided me with all the resources and support to take on London with peace of mind. Sure, I could have found an internship, housing, and figured out the visa process all by myself, but I would have been far too stressed, and the experience would have been tainted. I was super nervous coming into this as I had never done anything like it before, but the Absolute team made it easy and seamless. There was always something to do- whether it was a group dinner or a weekend trip, I was never bored. We had plenty of freedom to plan our own trips as well and I was able to make extremely valuable memories. I will never forget this experience and highly recommend!

The internship experience was amazing and everyone was so supportive. In the process of getting my visa I had a lot of help and also was kept up to date on every process as well when I was helped to find a host company. My host company was so sweet and kind as well. My internship at SportInspired in London, facilitated by Absolute Internship, was a pivotal experience that significantly elevated my early career trajectory. Through this program, I collaborated with the SportInspired Finance team and CEO, using Microsoft 365 and Xero to streamline budget planning and execution while contributing to strategic, long-term business initiatives. The experience also allowed me to develop operational expertise by managing ten sports festivals that positively impacted over 500 children, 50 teachers, and 200 volunteers from underprivileged communities. These events promoted active lifestyles and fostered social connections through sports. Absolute Internship provided a unique platform for me to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment, further strengthening my ability to navigate global challenges with a solutions-driven mindset.

Absolute Internship was the best way for me to get comfortable studying abroad. I had an amazing time getting to know people from around the world, seeing new landmarks, and becoming immersed in the culture of the United Kingdom. The program is a really great way to gain international working experience, while living in a new country and meeting new people from every part of the world. I had a really great time in these two months.

I was happy with my Absolute Internship placement that I just finished about a week ago. I'm glad it worked out as I only had one interview and got matched with the first company I spoke to. Due to COVID-19, my internship was remote, but I appreciated every second of it. It showed me what work in the real world is like and although it might have not been ideal, it taught me a lot about my area of interest, about start-ups and working in a tight-knit team. Absolute was there to support me along the way with a great community, online platform, events, and check-ins to make sure everything is going smoothly, in alignment with my goals.

I had a great time with absolute internship while others were frustrated with the “change” of the weekend trip I enjoyed everything that Absolute had to offer and more. I constantly had a great time and wish I could stay for more weeks than just 4.

Absolute Internship was overall a great experience for me because I got to meeting connect with new and different people who came from various backgrounds. The arrangements made by Absolute was not bad at all, however, one thing I would change is to get a better tour guide who lets us have time for pictures. The tour guides hired for both the city tour and day trip was walking too fast and the experience felt rushed. The company I was assigned to has amazing people and everyone in the internship program that I have met while staying in London have been very nice and welcoming.

First of all, this Absolute Internship experience was amazing for me because it helped me find a good company where I felt very welcome. In addition, I improved my communication skills. I also took advantage of global networking opportunities. The overseas work experience leads to life experience and opened myself up to bigger and better international jobs.

Overall, I had a great experience during my internship. I learned and gain a lot of experience with the tasks given by my supervisor. The company taught me the skills necessary to have as a business developer and how to associate my interest in law with the business development field.

It was a great experience even if I had some problems to find my internship. I worked in great company with adorable persons. I recommend it, especially for people for who it's the first time that they travel alone and they do an internship.

Absolute Internship is a decent opportunity for those looking to travel abroad. The accomodations are nice, and the selected cities are wonderful. The fact that there are also trips included in the program is extremely valuable.

I truly did enjoy my time in London. I made a lot of new friends within the program and learned a lot about the professional world in Europe. Furthermore I learned how to live and get around in new area and develop important skills that will become usefully especially if I am ever required to move to a new area for a job adapting will be far easier. I learned how to adapt to living in a new city while doing a professional work experience. The friends I made in the program also made it very enjoyable.

I loved the city more than any other city I've been in. It's friendly, home-like, and beautiful. Interning was great for many reasons - as so many speak English so I didn't have to worry about that, and people are very honest here so they'll tell you when you could do better.

I felt I not only grew professionally but also socially. The experience was more influential than I thought it would be in almost all aspects of my life.

I thought it was amazing to have the independence to find my way to work each morning in an unfamiliar city. My internship company accepted me like a friend and were open to letting me take on any task I asked to work on. They were most interested in teaching me about their company and all of the sustainability initiatives taking place in Sweden. I thought it was amazing to see the differences in sustainability between the United States and Sweden.

I loved the city, the people, their traditions, their way of living, their night life. I love the other interns I met and my supervisor was the best

On the internship side, I believe my company could have been more legal focused than technology, as that's what I'm doing my degree in. Nevertheless, it allowed me to broaden my knowledge on subjects I wouldn't necessarily learnt otherwise. I think it's such a brilliant experience for young professionals and I would definitely do it all over again and recommend to others!

I made a lot of really good friends, had a fun job, and lived in a fantastic location in the city. I had a ton of fun and made great memories outside of the valuable work experience I gained.

Everything about England, from the people I met, to the culture, everything was absolutely amazing. I still stay in contact with friends/coworkers from London and I have been invited to go back and visit, or even to intern again at W Model Management.

Every aspect of this adventure exceeded expectations. I truly believe I had the best possible intern experience at my job. The company I worked for had an incredible office community where I made good friends and valuable professional connections. On top of that I knew the work I was doing as an intern was important and I gained valuable work experience that pertains to my interests. Lastly, the company is headquartered right next to the Gherkin in the heart of London's financial district – an incredible location as well as a short commute from my temporary flat. As far as my social experience, I could not say enough to accurately depict how much fun I had with such wonderful people. The other interns were inviting, friendly, and adventurous, as were were the program coordinators. Maggie and Ieva led us on unforgettable trips to places such as Stonehenge and Brussels, Belgium, truly solidifying the abroad experience. Again, I cannot say enough good things.

Nice Intern supervisor and activity organiser. Every week includes various trip to different places. During week days there were also many drinking night and gathering dinner. Really thanks for this program which leaves an impressive memory in UK.

I loved my time with the absolute program because you can tell the staff and founders really care about the students and our well-being. Anytime I ran into some issues they were always there to help straight away. I loved the positive vibe we had in our program and the fun activities that were included. I saw so much of London and Europe during my time there. The program does everything possible for you to gain internship experience, meet other great and ambitious students, travel and have a fantastic time overseas at the same time.

My summer experience with Absolute Internship was better than I ever projected. You hear and see online that people say this was the “best summer of their lives” and actually it is. The absolute staff were very helpful from day 1 until the end of the program. The housing in London were clean, well-located and all I could asked for. I absolutely fell in love with Shoreditch during my summer in London. Me and the friends I made through the Absolute Internship program would always meet there after work to grab a drink and have dinner before coming back to the housing. I loved hanging out with the locals and explore London. It was always a dream of mine to come to Europe during my studies. Absolute Internship was the absolute best summer opportunity of my life and I would do it over again in a heartbeat if I could. I truly found a real passion in the work (I chose Fashion) I did at my internship. Working within fashion marketing was extremely interesting and I learned so much during my two months program. Absolute was the perfect program for me. Two months was the perfect length. I know some of the one month students regretted that they chose the one month program, although they also had a blast in London. I especially liked how diverse the student group was. There were not only American students but we had students from all around the world and I loved that diversity. The absolute staff was kind, supportive, knowledgeable and always there for us. This was the best thing I've ever done, not only does it look great on my resume that I have worked abroad in London of all places in the world but I also made incredible friends. I just finished my two months internship in London, I am pleased with everything that that I took part of during my program as well as the internship. I really enjoyed being able to have the opportunity to apply my educational background to various finance tasks at the wealth management firm I was interning at. If you want to expand your horizons and get some work experience this is a great program! I encourage especially sophomore students to take up this opportunity in London. For me it was a fun, safe and a big opportunity to get to know important industry people and network with other students in your same age. I’d recommend that you read up on London and the country before you come. London is a big city and can be a bit intimidating first.

I had a blast in London last summer. The people I met through the program were awesome. I had a great internship experience with a digital marketing agency. Very supportive manager and cool colleagues that were a lot of fun. I learned a lot about marketing but also in business. I had never done an internship before coming to London. My summer in London was the absolute best summer I could have asked for J I am a sophomore in college and I was planning to study abroad first over the summer, but ended up choosing to intern abroad and I’m glad that I did. Everyday at my internship was different – I was working on different projects during my two months. Everything from SEO-, copywriting to market research. It was extremely interesting and I learned so much. My colleagues were very kind to me and took me for lunch at least once per week. It's wonderful how much you can grow when you travel overseas and step out of your comfort zone. To take part of Absolute Internship in London was the best decision I’ve ever made professionally and personally. I was able to live in one of the finance capitals in the world, meet important people that worked in the industry and learn skills that I would not otherwise I have learned if I’ve stayed back in Cali for the summer. The absolute staff helped make the experience very unique. They were there literally all the time for us and made sure we made the most of our time in London. The trips that are included in the program are unbelievable too – particularly the weekend in Paris.

I wouldn't trade my summer in London to anything else. Honestly, once I arrived in London I was warmly welcomed by the Absolute staff and had a great summer. My internship in recruitment allowed me to get exposure to many different characteristics of business, which I didn’t think existed before coming. The housing was well-located, clean, modern, had awesome wifi and I loved it. The program had awesome people from all around the world, so I got to meet students with all types of cultures which I really enjoyed. Interning in London was a great experience for me. Absolute Internship was extremely helpful prior to my arrival in London with my visa and also during my time in London. The program was not as “filled with events everyday” that I thought, which was a good thing. There were events planned every week but it allowed me also to be independent which is important. I felt very immersed in the “British/London Culture” while taking part of the program and grew a lot especially personally after the summer. I loved my placement and really miss my time in London.

My experience with Absolute Internship in London last summer was unbelievable J I worked for a fashion label that carried women’s street wear, which was something that I really loved! Absolute Internship did a great job placing with with this employer. I’m still in contact with my previous boss in London as I had such a great time. Before arriving to London I was extremely anxious to intern abroad. However, I was so happy and grateful that I did. Thanks mum for convincing me! I had never been to Europe before attending this program. This program is not just like an internship program. You meet extraordinary people from all parts of the world and you spend the summer making friends with people that you probably would not have met if you’d stayed on campus. The highlight of my program was the weekend in Paris. We were able to visit the Eiffel Tower, eat macaroons and just enjoy France. A weekend and summer I’ll never forget.

I stumbled across Absolute Internship on Facebook – and I was really happy that I did! I had always thought of studying or traveling abroad in London. When I found out that I was able to intern in London, I decided to apply directly. After two months living in London, I feel so much more independent, stronger and much more as an adult. Absolute is a fantastic program where I met cool students from all parts of the world. Not only American students, but also students from Asia and Europe and even Australia. I attended the 2 months internship program with Absolute Internship and I’m really satisfied with how inspiring and positive was experience of interning in Europe was. I was glad that I ended being accepted for the London Internship Program. I was originally accepted by two other programs that I found online, but ended up going with Absolute because of the personalized service that I experienced with their team. I really enjoyed working for a marketing agency and get exposure to the real world. I had never worked before so it was a really eye-opening experience for me. I spend two months with Absolute Internship last summer for a public relations internship. I could not speak more highly of my experience in London with Absolute. The accommodation was in the city center of the city. London is a very big city, so living in the city center is great and makes your commute in the city so much easier. I got along really well with the other program participants. Absolute does a great job in selecting students for the program and you’re really surrounded by fantastic people. My internship placement was with a public relations agency that specialized in fashion. I felt very immersed at my internship and my experience was very good.

My time spent interning abroad was a life-changing experience. I never could have imagined the amount that I learned not only about life outside of the US but also about myself. This has opened so many doors for my future and I couldn't be more thankful to Absolute for this opportunity. Outside of the internship itself, I met so many great, successful people and had such a blast the entire time I was there. I did a PR internship with a sports agency which was a great match since I have a passion for sports and that’s an industry I would like to break into in the future. I had a fabulous time interning in London. I always wanted to go to London, but didn't think it was an option until I was recommended by my study abroad office to look into this program. I wouldn't have known where to start in my international internship hunt without the help of Carla! She literally took care of everything from my UK visa to preparing me for my interviews and then also hosting me in London. I'm still in touch with people that I met through the program I took part of and everyone I knew had the time of their lives living in London and interning there for the summer. I could not have been happier with my experience in London and Europe and program choice. For me the program is not only about the internship and the work, the program activities and the excursions that are part of the program is what makes this program special! They are all well organized, fun and add tremendous value to us students.
