Why should someone choose RMC Asia over competitors?
We introduce pre-screened young professionals to Hospitality Internships and Management Training. By recruiting internationally, we are able to present you with a great diversity of participants and various linguistic skills. We assist both you and the candidates with interview coordination, and later, administration work toward a successful visa application.
What is your organization's mission and how do you continue to work toward it?
We would like to highlight that we also work closely with various hotel properties across Thailand. This enables us to provide you with not only exceptional candidates but also an understanding of the specific needs and dynamics of the hospitality industry in the region. Our host organization is high quality.
What do you hope participants take away from your programs?
From our hospitality internship programs, I hope participants take away a deep understanding of the industry, practical skills, and a strong sense of professionalism. I aim for them to gain real-world experience, develop excellent customer service skills, and build a network of industry contacts. Most importantly, I hope they leave with a passion for hospitality and the confidence to pursue their career goals.
