If you could participate on one of Mavenwit’s programs, where would you go and what would you do?
I must have an interest in Graphic Designing. I love to design the characters, doodling, and making artworks, etc. Our organization usually gives a lot of perks and benefits to our interns, but as an intern, we also get the Collaboration certificate as well and additional credits for the work we did.

What does Mavenwit Culture look like? Our company culture is 100% remote and independent. We only hire great people in our team, with right expertise, so they can work on the projects and tasks with no pressure at all. We never pressurize our people and allow them the independence to work on the tasks assigned as per the timeline.
Why is it important for people to travel abroad and experience new cultures?
In order to gain more exposure and to get more traction from the market, it is important to go out and explore places and experience the culture and the way of working since every organization and place has different rules, policies, criteria, workflow, processes & culture, etc. So it is important to travel abroad to learn more about the systems and the company operations.

International tour regarding work
Why do you think learning a new language is important?
Learning a new language can be an additional source of skillset to a person's life. The skills are obviously an additional source of revenue to the person's financial life. New language can be a plus point to the person's resume, and can be more enlightening and can beat the competition to get hired easily.
What advice do you have for individuals thinking about going abroad?
It's good to experience something new of course but only when we are clear what we are doing and how it can help us to shape our life. Time is precious, we should respect it. Whatever we learn or experience should be utilized the right way. Before going abroad, we must know why we are going and what we will achieve after doing all these efforts.
What does meaningful travel mean to you?
A lot of meet-ups, new places to visit, business meetings, new friends, fun, new books to read while traveling, a lot of inspirational chats with mentors, etc. I love to travel and I always love to taste new flavors as well and experience the spices of the location and so on. These all things are a part of my travel list.
What issues do you see in the world of international education that don’t line up with your values and expectations for mutually beneficial & educational relationships between providers/programs and the communities in which they are located within?
International education takes time for the candidates who want to opt, since all the educational materials differ including textbooks, additional resources, etc. The way of teaching also matters and it differs from place to place and especially country to country. But based upon the experiences anything can be covered up and none of the changes can be a bigger issue.
What qualities in program & host community relations are important to you? (Mavenwit?)
We believe in strong communication within the organizational hierarchy, between our host companies, members, interns, employees, partners & customers, etc. We support great people who are inclined towards success in any shape or form of expertise in their area of education. We believe our host companies and us together strengthen the placements process so the top talent can never be lost.
How is your company handling Covid protocols? What should participants know about your Covid readiness? How are you assisting participants with navigating the new travel landscape?
