I do encounter various challenges when it comes the different espects in my work. There are resource limits. Limited financial and logistical resources can hinder conservation efforts. To overcome this, I focus on grant writing, fundraising, and cultivating partnerships with organizations that share our conservation goals.
Engaging with local communities to gain their support for conservation can be challenging. We build trust through transparent communication, involve community members in conservation projects, and showcase the benefits of conservation for their well-being.
Protecting wildlife from poaching and habitat destruction is a constant challenge. I collaborate with local law enforcement, be part of anti-poaching units, and raise awareness about the consequences of wildlife crime.
Ensuring that eco-ambassadors are well-trained and motivated can be a challenge. We developed a good program in which they can gain as much experience as possible, provide ongoing support, and recognize their contributions to keep them engaged.
The demanding nature of conservation work can lead to burnout. I encourage self-care among our team, establish work-life balance, and periodically review and adjust workloads.
Managing and analyzing data for conservation projects can be overwhelming. We invest in data management tools and training, and collaborate with experts in the field.

I am currently busy collaborating with two new entities which focus on leopard conservation and giraffe conservation. Also, I’m working on planning my awareness trip abroad for 2024.
