During university, Karl studied and interned abroad in Brussels, Belgium, which convinced him that he had to live in Europe. In 2013, he completed his M.A. in Graz, Austria, then spent a year in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, before returning to Graz to work as an English and History teacher for four years. Since returning Stateside, he enjoys encouraging others to experience the world!
