Arden grew up in Marietta, Georgia, but she has called Boston home for 10 years. She attended Mass Bay Community college and received an associate’s degree in education, which she followed with a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Studying abroad changed Arden's path and ignited her love for culture’s so different from her own, which led her to the American College of Thessaloniki.
