How We Collect, Store, Share, & Utilize Client Account Information
Account Contact Information & User Details
If you voluntarily create a Client Account on our Site, the Information you submit through our Create an Account page will be collected and stored in our database indefinitely, unless we deem it necessary to delete your account. By checking the Consent Checkbox, you willingly give GoAbroad consent to collect and store your information, and share it with our internal team in order to provide you with client services and support associated with your account.
Occasionally the GoAbroad team will proactively create an account for a new Client and then contact the Client to inform them of the services available through GoAbroad.com and provide the login details for their Client Account. In such cases, Clients can reply to any GoAbroad team member who contacts them to request more details about their account, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org if they wish to delete their Client Account from our database in its entirety.
Once a Client Account is created, numerous users can be added to through each Client Account’s User Management menu here. When a user is added their name, job title, email address, and status as the Primary, Billing, or Other Contact for the account will be collected and stored in our database, and we will contact them depending on their status as needed.
GoAbroad does not share any Client Account contact information with third parties at any time, including users, unless we are authorized to do so by the Primary Contact of the account. We do not publish any contact information associated with your Client Account publicly or externally, unless the contact information is already publicly available on the Client’s own website, we have received a request from you to do so, or we have specifically obtained your consent to do so.
If you would like to identify/change a Primary and/or Billing Contact for your Client Account, or delete yourself as a user, you can do so in your Client Account’s User Management menu here.
If you wish to delete your Client Account from our database at any time, please contact email@example.com, or contact your Personal Account Manager.
If you voluntarily create a Provider Page and Program Listings through your Client Account, this information will be collected and stored in our database indefinitely, unless we deem it necessary to delete or you manually delete this information within your Client Account. This information will also be shared with our internal team in order to provide you with client services and support associated with your account, including but not limited to review/approval of your listings, updates to your social media links, and verification of your account. By submitting this content through your Client Account, you give GoAbroad consent to publish and share your Provider Page and Program Listings on GoAbroad.com.
If the GoAbroad team proactively creates an account for a new Client, and publishes a Provider Page and Program Listings on their behalf, we will contact the Client to share the published information on GoAbroad.com and give them directions of how they can edit/remove this content.
If you wish to delete any published Content on GoAbroad.com associated with your Client Account from our Site or database at any time, you can login to your Client Account and navigate to the appropriate menus, submit a Contact Us Form through your Client Account, or email your designated Personal Account Manager directly.
If you wish to delete your Client Account from our database in its entirety at any time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or email your Personal Account Manager.
Account Media - Videos & Images
If you voluntarily upload any type of digital Media files, whether Videos or Images files, to your Client Account, this information will be collected and stored in our database indefinitely, unless we deem it necessary to delete or you manually delete this information within your Client Account. Our internal team will also have access to this Media, in order to provide you with client services and support associated with your account, including but not limited to approval of your Media to be published on GoAbroad.com, optimization of your Media, or verification of your account. By uploading/submitting Media through your Client Account, you give GoAbroad consent to publish and share this Media on your Provider Page and/or Program Listings on GoAbroad.com.
If the GoAbroad team proactively adds Media to your Client Account and publishes it on your Provider Page and Program Listings on your behalf, we will contact or our admin system will notify your Client Account’s Primary Contact about its’ publication on GoAbroad.com.
If you wish to delete any published Media on GoAbroad.com associated with your Client Account from our Site or database at any time, you can login to your Client Account and navigate to Media Gallery Menu, submit a Contact Us Form through your Client Account, or email your designated Personal Account Manager directly.
Note: Any media uploaded through your Client Account is subject to the Video & Image Submission Policies outlined in our GoAbroad.com Terms & Conditions.
If you would like to identify/change the Primary Contact for your Client Account, you can do so in the User Management menu of your Client Account here.
If you voluntarily upload any documents through your Client Account for the purpose of verifying your Client Account (“Verification Documents”), these files will be collected and stored in our database indefinitely, until we deem them necessary to delete. Once uploaded to your Client Account, our internal team will be able to access the Verification Documents, in order to provide you with support associated with the verification of your account according to our Verification requirements.
If you would like to delete/upload/review all Verification Documents stored in your Client Account, you can visit the Verification Menu of your Client Account.
Advertising & Payment Information
Contact Us Form
If you voluntarily submit any Personal Information through the Contact Us Form through your Client Account, the content of your inquiry will be shared with the Partner Relation team and any other relevant GoAbroad Team members directly so they can follow up with you to provide detailed information and answer your questions. By checking the Consent Checkbox on the Contact Us Form, you willingly give GoAbroad consent to collect your Personal Information and share it with our internal team. We will not share the Personal Information you submit through the Contact Us Form with any third parties or outside entities, unless you provide us with written consent via email to do so. The Personal Information you submit is not stored in our database.

How We Safely Store Client Account Data & Personal Information
We use industry standard measures to protect all information that is stored on our servers and within our database. We limit access to this information to those employees who need access to perform their job function.

Email Marketing Policies
Strict adherence to CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
Just like you, we hate spam. We have never sent spam or junk emails and our mailing practice strictly conforms to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. However, if you willingly provide GoAbroad LCC with your contact information / email address through your Client Account, we will send necessary notices from time to time to your inbox that impact your Client Account or published content and advertising on GoAbroad.com as outlined below:
Client Account Notices
By creating an account on GoAbroad.com or adding/being added as a user of an existing Client Account, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. These communications may include periodic updates and communications related to the status of the associated account and advertising on GoAbroad.com from our internal team directly, as well as automatic emails sent through our Administrative System. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you would like to be unsubscribed from all emails associated with your Client Account, please update your preferences, including identifying the Primary and Billing Contact for your Client Account, or delete yourself as a user in your Client Account’s User Management menu here. You can also contact firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to any GoAbroad team members email directly to request we remove your contact information from a specific Client Account.
GoAbroad.com sends regular Partner Newsletters to share useful updates (i.e. site changes, new products, marketing tips, opportunities to meet the GoAbroad team, etc.) with the Primary Contacts and any other users associated with a Client Account, as well as any other Client team members or partners that have manually subscribed. These newsletters are sent to ensure we provide the best possible service to our Clients, and our greater community.
To unsubscribe from our Partner Newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email campaign, or click here to unsubscribe now.
If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter or invite a team member to subscribe, click here to sign up. You can also invite any user of your Client Account to subscribe to the Partner Newsletter at anytime by editing the Client Account User information here, or by clicking on the “Subscribe to Our Newsletter” button at the bottom of your Client Account dashboard.
Contact Us Form
Client Account Users can voluntarily contact the GoAbroad Partner Relations team for any reason through our Contact Us button located on the left-hand side of your Client Account Dashboard. When you submit a Contact Us inquiry through your Client Account, the content of your inquiry will be shared with our GoAbroad Partner Relations Team, and your GoAbroad Account Manager, directly so they can follow up with you to provide detailed information and answer your questions. To stop receiving emails resulting from your form submission, please inform the team member who contacts you directly.
Supplemental Client Account Tools & Resources
Each Client Account not only provides Clients with the opportunity to publicly market their organization and programs on GoAbroad.com. We also provide Client Account holders with a number of supplemental tools and resources to maximize the impact of their profile on GoAbroad.com. All Client Account holders can take advantage of any of the tools and resources outlined below, as well as a number of other GoAbroad LLC owned and operated entities.

Every published Provider Page and Program Listing on GoAbroad.com allows Users to voluntarily request more information from Clients through Provider Inquiry Forms, which are associated and linked to every Provider Page and Program Listing on GoAbroad.com. If a user submits this Provider Inquiry Form associated with your Client Account, the lead information collected will be stored in your Client Account and directly shared via email with the Primary Contact or Listing Contact associated with your Client Account. These User Inquiries should serve as high value leads for the Client, and therefore should be treated responsibly and given punctual responses to their questions, regardless of the User’s eligibility to participate in the Client’s programs.
Online Advisor Inquiries
GoAbroad’s Online Advisor Tool is a free service for users to request customized program matches based on their travel interests. All Clients are automatically opted in to have their Program Listings “matched” with relevant Online Advisor Inquiries if they have a published Provider Page and Program Listings on GoAbroad.com. When a Client has a program that matches an Online Advisor Inquiry, the Program Listing will be recommended to the User by our Online Advisor team using our Internal Admin System’s Online Advisor matching tool. After your Program Listing is “matched” with an Online Advisor Inquiry, the User’s Personal Information (“The Lead”) collected will be stored in your Client Account in the Inquiries Menu and directly shared via email with the Primary Contact or Listing Contact associated with your Client Account.
These Online Advisor Inquiries should serve as high value leads for the Client, and therefore should be treated responsibly and given punctual responses to their questions, regardless of the User’s eligibility to participate in the Client’s programs. GoAbroad does not guarantee a response or any outcome from each Online Advisor Inquiry received by Clients. Additionally, GoAbroad is not liable or responsible for any communications between Clients and Users following a Online Advisor Inquiry.

Clients can opt-out from receiving Online Advisor Inquiries at any time by contacting their Personal Account Manager or emailing email@example.com.
The GoAbroad Review platform was created to provide Clients and Users with the opportunity to share honest first hand experience(s) and information about the international programs and Providers found on GoAbroad.com. Reviews are also used in our ranking algorithm and are one of the requirements for Verification on GoAbroad.com.
Clients can view all Reviews submitted to their Program Listings on GoAbroad through their Client Account in the Reviews Menu. Any Reviews collected through the use of our GoEvaluator tool will also be displayed in the Reviews Menu. Clients can also respond to reviews publicly through this menu by commenting on any individual review.

Alumni Interviews were added to our Site to provide users with a deeper look at what life abroad on a particular program looks and feels like from real participants. All information submitted through the Alumni Interview Form is reviewed by our internal team and publicly published to the appropriate Program Listing associated with the interview. These interviews serve as an additional marketing tool for Clients.
Clients can also opt to have customized interviews with selected Staff members published on GoAbroad.com.

The GoAbroad Verification System was created to give users more confidence when selecting a program on GoAbroad.com. Being “verified” also helps a Client’s Provider Page and Listing stand out from the competition on our Site.
Clients can view their remaining verification requirements and submit documents for verification through their Client Account’s Verification Menu.
GoAbroad offers all Client Account holders the opportunity to boost their online marketing and visibility on GoAbroad.com through customized advertising solutions.

Miscellaneous Account Privacy Policies
These Terms and Conditions and any other legal notices published by GoAbroad on the Site, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and GoAbroad concerning your Client Account, your use of GoAbroad.com, and your consumption of any content present. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any one provision set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and GoAbroad’s failure to assert or enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoAbroad and its principals, shareholders, agents, officers, directors, consultants, and employees from or against third-party claims, damages, payments, deficiencies, fines, judgments, settlements, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to any third-party claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of the breach of GoAbroad’s representations and warranties contained herein.
If you object to any such changes or any of the policies outlined above, you may cease using our Client Account system. Continued use of your Client Account following notice of any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
