Sail and Life Training Society (SALTS) offers a unique experience through the western continental coastline of Canada, the British Columbia Coast.

Each summer, we take young people between the ages of 13 and 25 on trips along the expansive and nearly untouched BC coastline. Depending on the route, onshore expeditions can include white sandy beaches, hikes to waterfalls, or education about indigenous culture.

Onboard life, however, is the focus of our trips. Along with the development of lifelong friendships through a close-knit shipboard community, trainees learn how to sail, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and learn how to embrace and share their true selves.
