As a volunteer football coach in Kenya, you work with young people and, possibly, with a community football club. Meet with local coaches to discuss training sessions twice a week. This includes conducting match analysis and going over the weekly schedule. Interacting with local coaches is an excellent opportunity to learn relevant skills and trade secrets from professionals. It’s also a great way to familiarize yourself with the strengths and weaknesses of each young player you're working with.
