Rafiki Initiative Organization works to uplift underserved communities through education, health, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. Our projects support vulnerable children, youth, and families in both urban and rural areas.

As a volunteer, you’ll assist in daycare centers, teach English or life skills, support health outreach, help in women's and youth empowerment projects, or engage in community development and farming activities. Whether you stay for a few weeks or months, your presence creates a lasting impact.

Located in Arusha — a gateway to Mount Kilimanjaro and Serengeti — this program also offers cultural immersion and the opportunity to explore Tanzania’s beauty.
