This intensive experiential learning course will immerse you in the language, culture, and communities of Thailand. Through classroom study on a Thai university campus, cultural workshops, and community-based excursions, you will develop practical Thai language skills, gain insight into Thai society and religion, and reflect on your cross-cultural experiences in context. This course optionally may be taken for 3 US or 6 ECTS Credits administered through an official Payap University transcript.

Will my university accept the transfer credit?
Ultimately it is up to your university if and what credits you will receive for your participation. Before the program we can provide a syllabus for the program which you can provide to your academic advisor, they will be able to tell you if you can receive credit based on the contents of the syllabus. If your school is willing to accept the transfer credit, we will issue a transcript based on your successful completion of the coursework.
What exactly is included in the program costs?
Included: Shared housing, classes, all breakfasts, all lunches, transportation for program activities, activity costs, field trips.
NOT included: Some dinners, spending money, flights, insurance.
What's the housing situation like?
All of our programs include shared housing, you will be assigned a roommate. The facilities may vary between a guesthouse style or dormitory style.
