Na’atik is seeking a passionate and organized Fundraising Coordinator to lead and grow our fundraising efforts. This position plays a key role in securing the resources needed to support our English Language Programs, scholarship initiatives, community library, and educational opportunities for local and international students. The Fundraising Coordinator works across all departments, building relationships with donors, developing fundraising campaigns, managing donor communications, and helping ensure the long-term sustainability of Na’atik’s mission.
Program Highlights
Lead and manage all fundraising activities for a well-established nonprofit organization.
Develop and execute at least three fundraising campaigns each year.
Manage donor relationships, stewardship, and the monthly giving program.
Work closely with communications, education, and immersion program teams.
Help create meaningful educational opportunities for Maya youth and the local community through sustainable fundraising.
