This program hopes to impact at-risk children positively by introducing them to sports and physical activities. It supports some of Cape Town’s most impoverished kids. The main activity is coaching at a primary school level. Volunteers assist local coaches with sports and fitness training. They also teach important skills such as team building and living healthy lifestyles. Physical education has only recently been introduced into South Africa's educational system, so most schools have limited equipment and resources. The participation of volunteers provides much-needed extra pairs of hands.
